First Contest- Stay Tuned

The first contest for Fashion Desgin Jewelry: Starts on August 1st through August 25th. Voting will be in conclued after one week and winners will be announced through: Blog, Website (if I get it up and done by then, still in progress), Twtter, facebook, and via email. All Fashion Desgin Jewelry Contest go by theme this years theme is The night. Remeber it can be anything that deals with the night.

Entry for Your Art

This is how to enter:

Each contest will have a theme that you art must be pretaianing around. If it says Freelance that means there is no theme and you may enter anything you want.
Each entry must be original works of art. It may be graphic, painting, photo, ink, etc.
Each contest is held for a full month. At the end the voting is through Facebook.

• Send you artwork to nofretbeadwork@gmail.com Be sure to title it Your Art Entry.
• You must write your name and write that you accepted the terms and conditions.
• Like "No Fret Beadwork and Art" on facebook.

Entering Fashion Jewelry Desgin

To enter fashion Jewelry Desgin:

Each contest design must follow the theme for the contest. It will be announced on the contest blog that you are entering. If it says Freelance that means any design any style any theme.
Each contest runs from the 1st of the month to the 25th of the month. Then the next begins. No contest for these months: July, October thru Decmeber.

• You must have an original drawing or picture of you design in mind. It can be a pattern or just a drawing of a Jewelry, It may be graphic or not.
• You must read terms and conditions
• To enter your design you will send it to nofretbeadwork@gmail.com. Titled Fashion Jewelry Entry. Your name must be posted and it must say that you accepted terms and conditions.

• Only one entry per person
• Nothing About Satan, Devil worshiping, Drugs, Or porn.

Terms and Conditions- Fashion Design Jewelry

Not that any design you enter into this contest will and maybe used for selling purposes.

You are giving up the copy right for our use.

You may not use someone elses design.

Any design entered maybe used for selling, promotional, ads, etc.

All designs that are entered in a theme contest must somehow pertain to that theme or will be declined.

You may not enter anything sexualy explicit, about the devil, and or about drugs.

All works of design may be deleted upon not following these rules. The also give right of taking action through the court of law. Do not steal or enter anyone elses design.

All formats of entries must contain a picture or drawing of the design in mind and either a pattern or an idea of what or how you want created.

Once entering you are validating that you are willing to let me use your design for publishing, creating and selling purposes.

Winner Notes

Winners:

If you are a winner then this is how it works:

Your art was the top choice of the community.

You will get your art done in some sort of design for jewelry.

A second one will be sold on my store. If sold you will receive 10% royalty off of any and all of your art sold.

The value of the prize is between $65.00 to $250.00

Prices of prizes vary.

All winners will be contacted and asked to give shipping information and set up a plan for payments, if and when the jewelry is sold.

Depending on the design of you Art it may take up to five to six weeks before receiving your Jewelry.

Note this once giving up the right of your art you may not sell it to anyone else for design.

Fashion Jewelry Winners:

If you are a winner this is how it works:

Your pattern was chosen by my group of designers.

We will make you one and sell five other on the store.

If and when the product of your design sells you will receive 15% royalties from sell price.

You are giving up the right to sell your design to anyone else (Read Terms Conditions Fashion Jewelry)

It may take from two to six weeks before receiving your jewelry.

Winners will be contacted by email for mailing information and payment plan.



Terms and conditions

Under these terms and conditions:

When you enter you art your are guaranteeing that it is not copyright. It is your design no one elses. You are also giving the right for your design to be used and sold by Kyla Fretwell No fret Beadwork and art.

You may only enter one Art per contest. If you one win one contest you may not enter the next. (Example: won July contest, cannot enter August contest but can enter September)
Each Design That is entered under a theme must pertain to that theme or may be denied from entry.

The winning design maybe altered to work with the jewelry piece.

You are giving up your rights to the copy right of your art.

You may not enter a piece that you sold the copy right in anyway.

You may not enter anyone else's art even if you were given allowance to do so.

All entries must not contain anything that deals with Satan, devil, hell, or drugs. I do not promote any sort of thing. No sexual formats either. (Example: I will not take porn or sexual positions but will accept art of a body or model)

Doing so may get you banned from participating ever again.

Stealing is not allowed any and all projects that you give the right must accept these terms through email. If you do not accept these terms then I have full rights of deleting you from the contest.
